You may have landed here because you’re looking for healing, change, or living a more present, balanced, and authentic life. I would be honored to get to know you and your story. I’ve worked in various mental health settings, including residential, outpatient, and schools. I have experience working with young adults struggling with dual diagnosis, anxiety, depression, trauma, and eating disorders.
I enjoy supporting individuals who want to heal issues with body image, disordered eating, shame, anxiety, and perfectionism. I guide clients in exploring and healing their relationship with food and their bodies through embracing a Health At Every Size approach. You may resonate with the heavy feelings of not being good enough, fears of unworthiness, or being too much. I help clients reconnect with their inner wisdom and unique gifts through identifying and taming their inner critic, developing self-compassion, and healing underlying beliefs. I believe healing is fostered through authenticity, curiosity, safety, and humor. Clients often share how they feel heard and seen through our work together and describe me as warm, empathetic, calm, and non-judgemental.
I received my Master’s in Social Work, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker Associate and a Licensed Clinical Addictions Specialist Associate. Additionally, I’m a Certified Trauma Professional. My approach to therapy is individualized, trauma-informed, strengths-based, and holistic. I may utilize elements of Attachment Theory, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Internal Family Systems and Body-Centered approaches. The techniques I draw from are intended to offer a deeper understanding of self, gain insight into patterns and actions, and make empowered shifts and changes in your life.
